Personally, I would definitely rather get an agent.

Thanks for the link Glenda : )Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22066416.post-1154342893040657702006-07-31T18:48:00.000+08:002006-07-31T18:48:00.000+08:00Lol, Russell. Start here: www.sfwa.org/beware/ Look at Simon Haynes website for a success story: www.spacejock.com.au
I know Simon personally and his advice is excellent. He's also a great guy.

2. If you want a large audience, then this is not the way to go unless you know how to market your work.

3.It depends what you want. If you just want a copy of your work in your hand to give to family and friends and pass on to kids - then why not? It beats spending your money on expensive clothes and stuff that won't last. You get a sense of accomplishment. Just DON'T EXPECT anything that approximates to a normal published book hitting the bookstores all over town, being reviewed etc.Glenda Larkehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10113271268122909969noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22066416.post-1154310886877866012006-07-31T09:54:00.000+08:002006-07-31T09:54:00.000+08:00*head spins* Confusing.Completely off topic but I ...*head spins* Confusing.

Completely off topic but I have a question.
