The internet has been driving me crazy for more than 24 hrs.
"Cannot find the server" at least 50% of the time.
I post comments on blogs and they disappear without a trace as soon as I press "post".
Try to put up photos on blogspot and it says I have been successful - but no photo appears.
And I am still wondering just why, when I pay for a pay for a connection speed of 100.0 Mbps here in Malaysia, everything is twice as slow than the 58 Mbps I was using in Virginia...
Mood: disgruntled.
Solution: go do some work instead....
...Writing fantasy and living the reality of a tropical environmentalist
About Me
- Glenda Larke
- Malaysia
- My life has been described by one of my editors as “impossibly exotic” – although really it is not my life, but me, that’s the exotic. I’m the uprooted plant, the exotic who doesn’t belong, always living in someone else’s backyard...
An Australian living in Malaysia. Writer, traveler, environmentalist. Author of The Isles of Glory trilogy (The Aware, Gilfeather, The Tainted); The Mirage Makers trilogy (Heart of the Mirage, The Shadow of Tyr, Song of the Shiver Barrens) and, writing as Glenda Noramly, a stand-alone book Havenstar. The latest trilogy is called The Watergivers in Australia and the Stormlord trilogy elsewhere: THE LAST STORMLORD, STORMLORD RISING, STORMLORD'S EXILE

Ah the joys of cyber space LOL
Bad internet = more Glenda books.
You know, I'm not really complaining. ;)
Cheers, Lisa.
Heh, my broadband connection is a little unreliable too, I know exactly how you feel Glenda, who does my ISP think he/she is to deny me my right to procrastinate? :-)
Things are bad when you have to resort to work instead of internet time.
I'm actually surprised my husband hasn't cut our internet off yet, but it's probably because he spends as much time on it as I do. Which would be why NO housework EVER gets done.
That second Jo wasn't the first Jo but Joanna... (she took my name first, it confuses me much).
*grin*
And it's always worse when you come back to Msia from an overseas trip where the internet is fast. I swear and curse when I get back to KL after using internet in London.
